It all started as a fun photo shoot with my dog Missy and a pair of ears!

I had been collecting mouse ears for a while and wanted to create an Instagram page to showcase my collection. I was trying to take photos of the ears and Missy was following me around, wanting to be part of the action. In the end I popped a pair on her head, fully expecting her to shake them off - but she didn't! She sat patiently and let me take her photo and it was just the cutest pic! An idea started to form.... I wonder if she'd do that again?

Yes, she did! Soon after, I was snapping away capturing photos of all of my ears and missysmouseears the Instagram page started to take shape. Who'd have thought she'd take to modelling so well? It turns out she loves the spotlight and really enjoys the photoshoots, which involve a lot of ball play as well (I think that's her favourite part!)

After collecting so many ears I needed a place to store them so I looked around for holders but struggled to find anything in the UK. So, I ended up making my own and in doing so also stumbled across the idea for Wall Poppers - perfect for creating a beautiful wall display.

Our shop launched in September 2020 and we have been hand crafting products ever since.
